Czechia is famous for its beer. But what to eat? You may have heard about svickova, tartar, or rizek (Schnitzel). But there are also sweet options such as ovocne knedliky (fruit dumblings), kolache or buchty.
Take a look on a very nice summary from The Taste of Prague. My only note would be that my experience with Lokal was so far not very good and Cafe Savoy has beautiful interrior but the food is horrible. So for Czech food I can recommend the Next Door or Vinohradsky parlament restaurants.
